SN-Prebertrail HIKE - 15,5 km | 1.000 hm

Trail and hike competition

The SN Prebertrail starts in Lessach and covers 15.5 kilometers and 1,000 meters of elevation gain. It first leads through the forest and up a forest road to the alpine pastures. After less than five kilometers and 440 meters of elevation gain, there is a gentle descent to Lake Prebersee, where the first refreshment station is reached after 800 meters and the destination at the Ludlalm comes into view. Now it's time for a loop on the Panorama Trail, which is the highlight of the route and leads up to the Preberhalterhütte with varied terrain and breathtaking views. This is followed by the high trail to the Grazer Hütte and a descent via single trails and hiking trails. After 1.7 kilometers on flat terrain along Lake Preber, you reach the finish line at the Ludlalm.

All persons are eligible to participate in the HIKE competitions, but children under 10 years of age (born in 2017) may only participate when accompanied by their parents.

There is no timekeeping and therefore no scoring for HIKE participants, but all participants receive a start number with a stamp pass and a finisher medal.

Here you will find a detailed route description.
